We have had such a lovely stay here. The fishing on the pond was fab and the accommodation was lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful little cottage with a fantastic view. Well equipped with everything you need, supermarket a short drive away. Great for watching the wildlife, we saw loads of birds and bats. Owner was nearby if needed, and was very helpful with directions for cycling and running.

This cottage is indeed a hidden gem; it is in a good location for exploring the area and is cosy, comfortable, very clean and characterful. The owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will certainly try to stay there again next time we visit this part of the country.

We loved staying at Noxon Pond, and enjoyed spending hours looking out of the patio doors to the pond, fish were jumping, lots of different ducks, even Mandarin ducks live on the pond, the bird feeder was very popular with a variety of birds, Dave keeps the kitchen cupboards well stocked, milk jug, coffee & tea for your arrival, very welcome after a long journey, the place was spotlessly clean, warm & cosy, and location is perfect for all activities, or just to chill out, we have already booked for next year.

What a lovely getaway! Property well equipped and comfortable. Kids felt right at home and loved the bunk beds. Beautiful scenery, very relaxing!
